Standard Products

For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to tell us you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Personalised & Custom-Made Products

Many BRICK3D products are personalised to individual customer requirements, including custom engraving, logos and bespoke handle designs.

Where an item is genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply.

Please check all names, spelling, artwork, colours and design instructions carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
